October 9-10th : trade visitors AND end consumers

1.2. Entry for minors

Please note, that under age-persons are strictly prohibited to visit the exhibition.
This is also the case, if minors are accompanied by an adult or a legal guardian; even if they can show a written permission by their parent.

1.3. Accompanying animals

For safety reasons, it is not allowed to accompany animals in the event area.

1.4. Shopping at the EXPO

It is up to exhibitors, if they want to offer direct sales to visitors. Usually, all exhibitors do offer the option to purchase products directly.
Since the demand for direct sales during past editions of the HookahFair have been enormous, we expect exhibitors an even more intense sale to end consumers.

1.5. Giveaways

It is up to exhibitors, if and in which dimension, they want to distribute their giveaways. Experience shows, that usually, exhibitors are generous, when it comes to giving away samples.

2. BEFORE THE exhibition

2.1. Payment methods

The following payment methods are accepted:

2.2. Security

Security has the highest priority in our ticket shop. To guaratee maximum protection of payment data, our ticket shop uses a SSL-encryption.

2.3. Ticket purchases from a third party

All ticket purchases, that are done through our ticket shop, can be tracked in our system.
We do not take any responsibilities for tickets, that are purchased by another person or another website (private sale on Ebay, Facebook etc.).
In general, online-tickets are only valid, if purchased via the following link:

2.4. Personalizig tickets / Tickets as a gift

Tickets are not personalized. You can purchase them for others, e.g. as a gift.

2.5. Sending your tickets and your invoice after your purchase

After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation and two more emails, which happens usually within 30 minutes. In one email, you will find your invoice. In the second one, you will find a link for downloading your tickets, which are PDF-files with barcodes. Please bring them along to your visit.

2.6. Not receiving an invoice or a ticket

It can take up to 30 minutes until you get your invoice and your tickets from our system.
In case, you cannot find the invoice or the ticket immediately, please check your junk mail account first. Depending on your email-account-settings, they could be filtered, since they are automatically generated from our system.
If you cannot find them there, please contact our support by submitting your name and/or your order number:

2.7. Loss of ticket

Please treat your tickets strictly confidental. In case, someone steals your ticket and enters the exhibition with it, we cannot do anything and do not take responsiblity. If you have deleted the email with your tickets or if you cannot find them anymore, please contact our support: By submitting your email adress, we are able to re-send your tickets from our system. Please note, that for your own safety, tickets can only be re-send to the given email adress, you used when purchasing them.

2.8. Cancellation of tickets

Canceling tickets is not possible. You can give your tickets away as a gift.
